I started CrossFit back in 2012. After having the worst workout of my life,I knew I had to come back and become the best I could. Competing and all that is extremely fun, but I found that I had more fun helping others do things they didn’t think they could. Between 2013-14, I was asked if I wanted to become a coach, at the gym I was at. I have not looked back since. I love coaching, the daily interaction with people, and being able to help members accomplish everything they think they can not.

When someone says, “There is no way I can do that” or “How can I do that”,then I’m able to guide them and teach them, the joy and excitement, they have, is what makes coaching worth it to me!
