I found the CrossFit methodology while I was rehabbing some injuries before starting a short-lived career playing college baseball. I immediately loved the combination of strength and skill required by most, if not all CrossFit workouts. I became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in 2015, a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer in 2020, and have enjoyed coaching at several affiliates over the years. PRs are great, but I am most proud of encouraging my mom and brother to try CrossFit. They continue to follow the methodology, and the highlights of my year are when we can all workout together. I've made some of my best friends at CrossFit affiliates, and I've always enjoyed getting a "break from life" while pushing through a CrossFit workout with friends. I'm happy to be at RSHP, and I aim to provide our members with the best hour of their day.
