Our memberships are all month-to-month but are billed automatically on the 1st or 15th of the month.  You can cancel at anytime, we just ask for a 15 day notice via email prior to your next bill date.

* We offer a student, military, law enforcement, and first responder discount with a valid ID.  

* Foundations is required prior to membership if no previous CrossFit experience at an affiliate.
